Primary subject in the operation was a minor

Two high-value drug targets, including a minor, were arrested late Wednesday afternoon after Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Region 6 (PDEA-6) agents conducted a buy-bust operation at Purok Cagaycay in Bacolod City’s Barangay 2.

Police identified the arrested as 22-year-old Wendul Satur, while they withheld the identity of the minor.

According to PDEA agents, the said minor, the main subject of the operation, was one of the biggest drug personalities in the said barangay.

They recovered a total of two big and 11 elongated sachets of suspected shabu, weighing at least 50 grams and valued at P200,000.

PDEA agents added, Satur is also identified as high-value drug target.
