Four Filipinos boxers to feature in undercard

Four Filipinos are scheduled to feature in the undercard fights ahead of Manny Pacquiao’s World Boxing Association (WBA) welterweight title defense against Adrien Broner on Sunday at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada in the United States.

Among the fighters include Cebuano Jhack Tepora, who will be defending his WBA interim world featherweight championship against Mexican Hugo Diaz.

“Isa talaga sa mga pangarap ko as a boxer na makalaban sa United States (It’s been one of my dreams as a boxer to fight in the United States),” said the boxer from the Cebu-based Omega Boxing Stable.

Also taking to the ring will be Rey Perez against Australian George Kambosos, Jr., Genisis Libranza taking on Mexican Carlos Buitrago, and Jayar Inson facing American Jonathan Steele./ASC, WDJ
