The Grow Professional Development and Training Center Inc. international workshop-training, conducted in partnership with the Asian Qualitative Research Association I (AQRA I), comes to a close today at the Sto. Nino Annex Building, located at Rosario-Dona Juliana Streets in Bacolod City.

The workshop, tagged “International Training Workshop on Qualitative Research (QLR): from Start to Finish,” featured AQRA President Safary Wa-Mbaleka as a resource speaker.

QLR refers to the type of research that uses non-numerical data.

The workshop reviewed topics including the fundamentals of QLR, designing a QLR study, DLR data collection, among others.

There were also fieldwork and proposal presentations.

On the final day, participants will finalize abstracts and research proposal to be presented at the upcoming international conference in Cebu in April./WDJ
