Dumaguete City Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo recently announced the city would host a mass wedding on February 15, the day after Valentine’s Day.

The event is set to take place at the City Quadrangle, with the ceremony targeting cohabiting unmarried couples and those without legitimate unions.

Last year, the mayor hosted the city’s first mass wedding in 17 years, with 73 couples exchanging vows along the city’s famed Rizal Boulevard./WDJ
