At least three people were injured following a road accident late Wednesday night involving a tricycle and a motorcycle in Barangay Taculing, Bacolod CIty.
Police identified the victims as Ramon Alarcon, the driver of the tricycle; Allan Escamis, the motorcyclist; and Anna Cernal, Escamis’ backrider.
Police Station 6 (PS6) traffic investigators said Escamis’ motorcycle struck the tricycle as the latter executed a u-turn,.
The motorcycle was reportedly traveling at high speed during the incident and the impact threw Escamis and Cernal off the vehicle
Cernal sustained multiple injuries across her body and lost three teeth, while Escamis broke his left arm.
Alarcon, meanwhile, sustained injuries to his foot.
All three were rushed to a hospital in the city following the incident./DGB, WDJ
