A suspected drug personality was collared Wednesday evening following a buy-bust operation at Purok Bantud in Barangay Pahanocoy, Bacolod City.
Police identified the arrested as 56-year-old Magin Encarnacion, a resident of the said area.
Police Station 8 (PS8) officers moved in on Encarnacion after he sold one sachet of suspected shabu worth P500 to an undercover cop.
Also confiscated were three additional sachets of suspected shabu and suspected drug proceeds amounting to P400.
Cops estimate the value of the seized illicit substances at P20,000.
