A survey recently conducted by Cebu-based financial services company Flexi Finance Asia Inc. found 94 percent of respondents were optimistic for the new year.

The survey included 1,000 respondents from across the country between the ages of 25 and 55.

According to Flexi Finance Asia Chief Marketing Officer Richard Lorincz, there was also a focus on “positive habits” when it came to New Year’s resolutions.

“From losing weight, exercising regularly, eating healthier, having more fun, spending more time with the family, or changing one’s look, the most common resolutions all focus on developing more positive habits,” he explained.

Around 53 percent of respondents identified eating healthier was one of their resolutions./WDJ
