Workers earlier received 14th month pay, P55K bonus

The Negros Occidental Provincial Board recently approved an additional P30,000 in bonuses for provincial government employees.

Last week, in addition to 14th-month pay, which disbursed last month, it was reported, provincial government employees would be receiving P55,000 in bonuses, comprised of P50,000 in the form of cash incentive and P5,000 as the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) bonus.

This latest incentive includes P25,000 as “additional incentives benefits for exemplary services” and P5,000 in Performance Enhancement Incentives.

Earlier, the Bacolod City government announced their workers would receive P25,000 in CNA bonuses, along with P5,000 in Productivity Enhancement Incentive./DGB, WDJ
