A high-value drug target was arrested Monday afternoon following a buy-bust operation at Villa Victoria in Barangay 13, Victorias City.

Police identified the suspect as 45-year-old Reynald Opelario, a resident of the said barangay.

Victorias City police chief, Police Chief Inspector Eduardo Corpuz, said they arrested Opelario after he sold one medium-sized sachet of suspected shabu for P400.

A search of the suspect yielded three additional elongated sachet of suspected shabu and suspected drug proceeds amounting to P220.

The seized drugs were valued around P5,000.

Opelario is presently detained at the Victorias City Police Station./DGB, WDJ
