10 Metro Bacolod District Jail (MBDJ) inmates of their Barangay Handumanan facility may be freed on Christmas Day.

MBDJ-Handumanan Jail Warden, Jail Senior Inspector Norberto Meciano, said they are presently processing inmate evaluation records.

The jail official cited RA 10592, or the Good Conduct Time Allowance, which grants inmates release on good behavior and if they did not break any regulations while undergoing rehabilitation.

He added, they will allow inmates’ families to visit for the holidays from December 22 to 25, and from December 30 to January 1./DGB, WDJ
