The Iloilo City Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Program graduated 130 individuals earlier this week after they completed a four-month rehabilitation program at drug centers across the city.

“We are very glad to know that you have taken the challenge in undergoing rehabilitation,” said Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III. “Always remember that the city government is supportive of your decision to change and there are various national and local government offices that are willing to guide and help you.”

Those who complete the program are provided with P10,000 cash from City Social Welfare and Development Office.

Meanwhile, Iloilo City health officer, Dr. Bernard Caspe, said graduates are still subject to an aftercare program, which includes regular check-ups, drug testing, and livelihood training./WDJ
