Cauayan Mayor John Rey Tabujara said he will prioritize the improvement of farm-to-market roads in 2019, calling the infrastructure “vital” to local farmers.

“My focus will be the farm-to-market roads, especially in the upland barangays,” he stated, noting, the development fund in the municipality’s 2019 budget will be geared towards the project, with a budget quoted at P100 million.
