The Bacolod City government recently held a tribute for 50 city government employees who retired this year.

“You are part and parcel of Bacolod and Bacolod would not be where it is today if not for your contributions,” said Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia. “Our employees are the front-liners in terms of public service and they are an integral factor in good governance.”
