Around 2,000 business establishments are presently processing permits before the Bacolod City Permits and Licensing Division (PLD) ahead of the Ayala Capitol Mall opening.

PLD division head Stela Rose Rayos said the mall is set to open next month.

She said there are currently 22,900 registered businesses that have set up shop in the city, with around 4,000 considered as new registrants, covering the period from January to November of this year.

The city official added, the number of registrations is much higher compared to the 22,000 back in 2017./DGB, WDJ
