Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia led the recent inauguration of a mural along Burgos Extension Road, painted along the outer fence of the Bacolod North Cemetery.
He referred to the “Bacolod @ 80” mural as “one of our treasures.”
Also present for the event were Bacolod City Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, various city officials, National Committee on Visual Arts artists, among others.
