Sum-ag National High School recently defeated Bacolod City National High School 16-25, 18-25, 22-25 to earn the right to represent Bacolod City in next month’s Palarong Panlalawigan.

“Ever since we took crown from Bacolod City National High School and Bata National High School years back, Sum-ag National High School already dominated volleyball in Bacolod City,” said coach Claro Tigallo. “It’s now my responsibility to maintain the glorious tradition of our school.”

He also addressed comparisons to his mother, who led the team in the past.

“I have my own way to deal with the players and my training program,” the coach explained./JSG, WDJ
