P90K worth of shabu, marijuana confiscated in Bacolod City

An estimated P90,000 worth of suspected shabu and marijuana were seized yesterday morning during a buy-bust operation conducted by Police Station 8 (PS8) anti-drug operatives along Yulo Avenue in Barangay Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City.

Police identified the arrested suspects as newly-identified drug personality Gerald Gumban, the subject of the operation, and Ritchie Manday. Both are residents of Barangay Tangub.

PS8 commander, Police Chief Inspector Ruel Culanag, said they recovered a total of five sachets of suspected shabu and two sachets of dried marijuana leaves.

Both suspects are now facing illegal drugs charges and detained at PS8./DGB, WDJ
