A total 21 sachets of suspected dried marijuana were recovered in two separate buy-bust operations over the weekend in Barangay 33, Bacolod City.

Police identified the arrested individuals as Mark Binoe Pascual, a resident of the said area; along with Christian Alvin Catalan, a resident of Barangay Villamonte in the said city.

Police Station 6 (PS6) commander, Police Senior Inspector Wilfredo Benoman, Jr., said the suspects were part of a group selling marijuana in the area.

A total four sachets of marijuana were recovered from Pascual, while 17 were recovered from Catalan.

Both suspects are now detained at PS6 on drug-related charges./DGB, WDJ
