Isabela Mayor Joselito Malabor yesterday said everything was set for the town’s 2nd Tigkalalag Festival, which is set to begin tomorrow, October 31, and run until Friday, November 2.
The festival will kick off with the 2nd Municipal Convention, where barangay officials, municipal government workers, and Department of Education personnel are expected to attend. The mayor said the convention intends to pass a resolution declaring the entire town a “tourism destination.”
Other activities scheduled for the event include the Search for the Tigkalalag Queen, Zumba, motocross, and a street dancing competition./DGB, WDJ
