Football and futsal warm-up events for next month’s Department of Education Area Athletic Association Meet kicked off over the weekend in Sagay City. Football matches will take place at Sagay National High School football field, while futsal will be played at the school’s covered court.

Sagay FC Elementary, Grade 7A, Grade 7B, Pinas Cup, Seniors, Bantayan FC, Victorias FC, Escalante FC, Escalante Elementary, alongside the Grade 7 and Sagay National High School selections will join the football competition; while Sagay FC A and B, Bata Tigers FC A and B, Ronis United FC, Silay FC A and B, Escalante FC, Victorias FC, and Phanters FC will compete in futsal.
