Anti-crime and corruption group Task Force Kasanag (TFK) confirmed the Office of the Ombudsman for the Visayas has advanced a complaint filed against Land Transportation Office-Region VI (LTO-6) Director Roland Ramos.

TFK National Commander John Chiong said they received confirmation from the Ombudsman that they would be looking into the matter after the group took action against Ramos following complaints from Iloilo City and Bacolod City resident claiming they had received fake receipts from personnel working under the regional director.

Chiong said he also received information regarding the continued existence of fixers within every department of the LTO’s regional office.

The TFK official said he is hoping for quick processing on the case./DGB, WDJ
