The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) recently put out an advisory on when to mail out Christmas cards and other greetings for those using standard mail to spread holiday cheer.
For ordinary mail bound for a domestic address to arrive on time, they suggest sending no later than December 5; however, for international air mail, items should not be sent past December 3.
The latest one can wait to send Christmas greetings to a domestic recipient would be express mail, which has a deadline of December 12. Express mail also has the latest date for international mail, senders have until December 10 to ensure their letter arrives in time for the holidays./WDJ
