Silver Dragon Transport, Royal Star Trading win

Silver Dragon Transport recently defeated AACI Trading, 111-76, while Royal Star Trading beat AACI Transport, 82-75, in the ongoing Fil-Sino All Asian Countertrade, Inc. (AACI) Inter-Company Basketball Tournament.

AACI Trading opened the game leading 25-20 in the opening quarter; however, Silver Dragon Transport went on to take a 54-40 halftime lead. They went on to extend that lead to 82-52 after the third period.

Carl Ginete led the victory with 26 points, followed by Bryan Solinap and Oliver Manaloto adding 12 apiece, along with Marc Jalapa and Toffel Tan each contributing 10.

In the other game, Royal Star Trading led 24-20 in the opening period; but, following the subsequent period, AACI Transport took a 42-36 lead.

The eventual winners recovered after halftime and were back in front, leading 58-54 at the close of the third quarter.

Carlo Chu led the victory with 26 points, followed by Sean Wee scoring 17, and Alvin Dionela adding 14.
