The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry named Negros Occidental among their national finalists for the “2018 Most Business-Friendly Local Government Unit.”

Earlier this week, Negros Occidental Vice Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson visited the PCCI office in Taguig City. Interviews were conducted, where the provincial official and his team were tasked with defending the province.

The awarding ceremony will be held next week, October 19, during the Philippine Business Conference and Expo concluding plenary ceremony.

The province was also a finalist for the award last year./WDJ
