Jay-r Raquinel of Cauayan lost to Wulan Tuolehazi via unanimous decision last week following their World Boxing Council silver light flyweight title bout at the Changsha Social Work College gymnasium in Changsha, China.

“My gratitude to all who supported me; my apologies for disappointing you,” the Negrense boxer said following the loss. “We will return strong in the next fight.”
