An American citizen was arrested Monday night after he allegedly failed to pay his bill at a restaurant located inside a shopping mall at the Bacolod City reclamation area.

Police identified the foreigner as 32-year-old Kendrick Harold, a native of California.

Based on the report issued by Police Station 1, Harold was endorsed to their station by a restaurant representative after he failed to pay his bill, which amounted to P1,315.

The foreign national was eventually released from custody after a settlement was reached between him and restaurant management./DGB, WDJ
