In line with the observance of National Grandparents Month, celebrated throughout September, SM City Bacolod opened a bazaar over the weekend run by senior citizens.

The event allowed the local elderly community to share their passion projects and homemade products. Shoppers were offered a variety of food items, which were crafted from heirloom recipes.

Among the organizations helping make the bazaar possible included SM Senior Citizens Community Service Program alumni, the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs, Federation of Senior Citizens Associations of Bacolod City Inc., and Seniors of Silay City.
