In observance of National Grandparents Month, celebrated throughout September, SM City Bacolod wants to remember why our grandparents are the best. They always give out delicious sugary treats (the type our parents don’t want us eating), attend our events, and tell funny stories – they’re simply doting on their grandchildren.

Let this month be the perfect excuse to show our grandparents how much we love and appreciate them.

“Grand Treats for the Sweet Tooth,” bazaar-style foodstalls, featuring treats from Pretzi, Soul Sweets, Patty Cake Delights, Dulce’s, Puffy’s, and Tiffany’s Confections, will be in operating through Sunday, September 16, on the second floor of the SM City Bacolod north wing.

With Grandparents Day taking place yesterday, there were a variety of activities and specials for the celebrated individuals. Various mall restaurants had special offers for senior citizens, performances for grandparents took place at the main atrium in the mall’s north wing, along with a special photo booth to capture memories of the day.
