The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) recently approved the conduct of a survey that will measure the public’s quality of life, scheduled to begin this month and run through December. The move is a project of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA).
According to a PSA release, “The survey aims to solicit responses that will determine the quality of life of Filipinos and to monitor over time whether the country’s long-term vision is being achieved.”
The survey will gather data on demographics, education, economic status, among other information.
A total of P6.7 million has been set aside for the survey, intended to fund personal expenses, maintenance costs, and operational expenses./WDJ
