Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III recently unveiled Tito Mayor Joe III, the city’s mascot in their fight against illegal drugs.

“Tito Mayor Joe III is a strategy to easily catch children’s attention,” he explained. “Tito Mayor Joe III will be going around to teach our students to say no to drugs because it could contribute to the formation of their childhood.”

The mascot is expected to visit 52 public elementary and 14 high schools in the city.
