The Montalbo covered court will host the Volleyball Refresher Refereeing Course this week, from August 25 to 27.

The event seeks to promote volleyball and improve the game through launching new rules and offering discussions on the practical application of current trends in refereeing.

The event will be handled by Nestor Bello and Yul Benosa and is spearheaded by the Negros Federation of Volleyball Enthusiasts, Inc. (NeFVEI)
