At least P100,000 worth of shabu was confiscated after Kabankalan City police conducted a buy-bust operation Tuesday afternoon at Zone 6, along Burgos Street in Barangay 8 of the said city.

Police identified the arrested as 36-year-old Allan Gomez, 48-year-old Ramonito Barricuatro, 28-year-old Kier John Ilao, and 42-year-old Juaquin Depra.

Reports from Kabankalan City police said the four were arrested after they handed one sachet of suspected shabu to a police poseur-buyer in exchange for P1,000.

A search yielded an additional 15 sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and suspected drug proceeds amounting to P5,620.

All four are now detained at the Kabankalan City Police Station and face illegal drugs charges./DGB, WDJ
