Dynamic Builders and Construction Company reportedly submitted an unsolicited proposal to construct a high-rise building at the Provincial Administration Center, which has not encountered any opposition.

In a radio interview yesterday, acting Negros Occidental Provincial Administrator, Dr. Lucille Gelvolea, confirmed nobody has offered a counter proposal to Dynamic Builders.

The proposal would see a nine-storey mixed-use building would be constructed, while existing structures inside the PAC compound would be demolished.

Gelvolea added, provincial offices displaced by the demolition would temporarily rent space elsewhere until completion of the new building./DGB, WDJ
