Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) personnel recently trained 41 individuals from various Silay City fisherfolk associations on baking cakes and bread.

Beneficiaries were provided with starter kits, which included portable ovens.

The program was conducted in cooperation with the Office of Negros Occidental third district Rep. Alfredo Benitez.

Previous trainings in the congressional district focused on welding, massage, among other skills./WDJ
