The Department of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with SM City Bacolod, will be bringing the Passport on Wheels program to Bacolod City on September 6 at the mall atrium.

Those interested in participating must register with the Special Projects and Concerns Division, located on the third floor of the Provincial Capitol, between August 1 and 31. The office will be in operation every day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the exception of weekends and holidays. Applicants are reminded to bring a Philippines Statistics Authority-issued birth certificate and one valid proof of identification.

Registered applicants will receive a confirmation email with a reference number and will be charged a P1,200 fee. Upon payment, applicants will receive a second email confirming the application and e-receipts, which will be required for submission, alongside all other necessary documentation for the September 6 event.

Passport on Wheels will not accept walk-in applicants.

For more inquiries, please visit or call the Special Projects and Concerns Division at 434-0631 or 709-0150 and look for Lisa, Jenny, or Normel./WDJ
