Task Force Kasanag (TFK) recently filed complaints against 11 barangay captains from Isabela, Negros Occidental on election-related charges, along with allegations of abuse of authority.

While TFK national commander John Chiong refused to name the barangay officials in question, he affirmed signed affidavits against the concerned officials were submitted with the complaints.

Chiong claimed one barangay captain was accused of constructing his house on a lot he does not own., calling it a “simply abuse of authority.”

He added, other barangay captains were accused of vote-buying in the recent barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections./DGB, WDJ
