Trauma life support trainings for Iloilo provincial hospital nurses

South Korean non-governmental organization Medipeace Global Health will be sponsoring international trauma life support trainings for emergency room nurses at Iloilo provincial hospitals.

Over the course of two days, five nurses from 12 hospitals will undergo training that will help in preventing death and disability from trauma through education and emergency trauma care.

In addition, the organization will be donating two ambulances, which have been earmarked for Aleosan District Hospital and Barotac Viejo District Hospital.

Medipeace has previously worked with the province, providing funding for health facilities, conducting other trainings, and donating various types of medical equipment./WDJ
