The Nikki Cares surgical mission recently visited San Carlos City, where 113 low-income patients were provided free minor surgeries.

Procedures were conducted at the city’s Consuelo Alger Community Center.

The mission, organized by the wife of Negros Occidental third district Rep. Alfredo Benitez, Dominique ‘Nikki’ Lopez Benitez, gathered surgeons from various hospitals throughout Negros Occidental to conduct free services.

Last May, the mission stopped by the Lorenzo Zayco District Hospital in Kabankalan City, where 168 patients were treated./WDJ
