The Bacolod City Sangguniang Panlungsod Urban Planning Development and General Services Committee will be conducting its second public hearing on the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the City next week, July 12, at the Bacolod City Government Center.

The first session met earlier this week.

“We set two hearings so that all stakeholders of the proposed land use plan will be given the opportunity to see the city’s future development and growth areas,” explained City Councilor Caesar Distrito, who chairs the committee.

While the first hearing included representation from various city government offices, along with local business associations; the second hearing will include barangay officials, subdivision developers, homeowners associations, and landowners.
