The Bacolod City government yesterday began the distribution of a total 68,000 school bags, with events at the Banago Elementary School I gym and Bata Elementary Schools I gym.

Additional distribution events are scheduled to take place throughout the city.

The backpacks, which each contain two notebooks, two pencils, two pens, and a ruler, are intended for students between Grades 1 and 6./WDJ
