Bogart’ unveiled at UNO-R

During the recent University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) College of Arts and Sciences General Assembly, a stuffed tiger by the name of Bogart was unveiled.

The end result of the four-month long “Saving Bogart” team of Dr. Corazon Acaba, taxidermist Alma Tan, artist Christian Claur, along with other faculty and staff, the tiger will serve as a symbol of spirituality, sensuality, passion, boldness, and beauty.

The tiger is owned by Negros Occidental third district Rep. Alfredo Benitez.

Meanwhile, the assembly also included a welcome from Dean Annabee Claur, an address by Dr. Carlos Eduardo Legaspi, Jr., an officer induction led by Dexter Paul Dioso, and a school uniform presentation./WDJ
