CDRRMO: No drownings reported following St. John the Baptist feast day

The Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) announced they have not recorded any incidents of drownings during the St. John the Baptist feast day observance, which took place over the weekend.

CDRRMO cluster head, Executive Assistant Joemarie Vargas, said celebrations at beaches and resorts throughout the city were peaceful and without untoward incident.

Vargas noted the 26 lifeguards, who are all accredited by the Philippine Coast Guard, were all on standby at various resorts./DGB, WDJ
