A newly-identified drug personality was arrested following a Manapla Municipal Police Station anti-drug operation Sunday morning at the Bliss Project in the town’s Barangay 1-A.

Police identified the suspect as 38-year-old Ariel Camacho, a resident of the said area.

Manapla municipal police chief, Police Senior Inspector Julius Caesar Colado, said they moved in after Camacho handed one long sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop, in exchange for P500.

A search of the suspect yielded three more sachets of suspected shabu.

Camacho faces possession and sale of illegal drugs charges and is currently detained at the Manapla Municipal Police Station./DGB, WDJ
