The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) through the National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts (NEFCA), provides assistance to different Organizations in local communities as well as Institutional Programs such as the Outreach Program, Resource Persons and Experts Bureau Program, and the Technical Assistance Program.

In line with this, NCCA in partnership with The Negros Museum is inviting members or representatives of different local non-government organizations (NGOs), government agencies, public schools, and state universities in Negros to come and attend the orientation and writeshop for grant proposals to be conducted by NCCA on June 22, 2018, 1:30 p.m. at The Negros Museum.
