The Negros Occidental Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation yesterday elected an official from San Carlos City as interim president.

Barangay 2 SK Chair Pocholo Yuvienco was elected with 16 votes, edging out Barangay Poblacion SK Chair Paolo Villanueva of Toboso by one vote.

Among other winners include Anna Bernadette Gatuslao of Himamaylan City as vice president, Ma. Delmar Mariposque of Silay City – secretary, Jeorgelyn Largado of Kabankalan City – treasurer, Adreanne Vicxee Tejones of Escalante City – auditor, Novey Leen Molejon of Sipalay City – public information officer, and Khemmer Mamon of San Enrique – sergeant-at-arms.

Last week, Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia inducted the newly-elected Bacolod City SK  Federation officials during a ceremony at the Nature’s Village Resort in Talisay City.

All city federation officials ran unopposed./DGB, WDJ
