The Philippine National Police (PNP) yesterday ordered the relief of Police Regional Office-6 (PRO-6) director, Police Chief Superintendent Cesar Hawthorne Binag.
He will be replaced by PNP spokesperson, Police Chief Superintendent John Bulalacao.
According to PRO-6 spokesperson, Police Chief Inspector Joem Malong, Binag was reassigned to lead the PNP Directorate for Information and Communication Technology Management.
Malong added, personnel were reshuffled due to the impending retirement of several high-ranking PNP officials.
Prior to his appointment as PNP spokesperson, Bulalacao previously led the PNP Aviation Security Group, as well as commanded the Cavite Police Provincial Office./DGB, WDJ
