Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III, along with a delegation of Ilonggo business leaders, academic leaders, and private sector representatives, announced they are ready to conduct the Iloilo City Trade Mission and Investment Forum, set to take place in New York City and Washington, DC, in the United States, from June 4 to 9.

“Through the trade mission, we can present the sustainable growth and development of our city and we’ll show them the advantages of investing here,” the mayor said.

“We’ll also promote Ilonggo fashion through a show,” he added. “Ilonggo designers must be recognized around the world.”

The trade mission is intended to highlight Iloilo City’s new business initiatives and projects, conservation programs, investment and working opportunities, and academic community./WDJ
