2016 presidential candidate Mar Roxas revealed he is currently considering plans for a run in the upcoming 2019 midterm elections.

In a radio report yesterday morning, during a press conference in Capiz, Roxas said he is considering a local-level position in the province but said he is still “studying the proposal.”

The former cabinet official is also being considered for a return to the Senate as a member of the Liberal Party. Roxas previously served as a senator from 2004 to 2010.

In the meantime, since his loss in 2016 to then-candidate Rodrigo Duterte, Roxas said he is enjoying private life./DGB, WDJ
