The Iloilo City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) continued their ongoing distribution of pensions for eligible seniors on Monday at the Veterans Village Gym in the City Proper district. Today, another distribution will take place at the Arevalo Elementary School and Mandurriao Elementary School; and the following day at the Jaro Covered Gym.

The city has been distributing the P500 pensions since last week.

“I hope that the amount given will somehow help with your medications,” said Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III. “That is how we show our love and care for you.”

The initiative was conducted in coordination with Iloilo City chapter of the Federation of Senior Citizens Association of the Philippines./WDJ
