The Phenom Elite Training Academy opened earlier this week at the St. John’s Institute (SJI), with NLEX Road Warriors point guard Kiefer Ravena, Creamline Cool Smashers captain Alyssa Valdez, Rowland Kim Santos, Christopher Jamero, and Deonyson Dy present for the opening rites.

The academy seeks to train athletes on sports performance; strength and physical conditioning; and plyometrics, also referred to as jump training.
